About the plans
Our Balance + Glo Wellbeing Plans have been designed and curated to help you stay inspired and motivated, and so you can see real positive progress and results. We will be offering a holistic approach in our plans to support mental and physical wellbeing. Within each plan, the classes have been designed to help you get the most from the plan as a whole. We really recommend doing the classes sequentially starting from day one. You can do a few classes in one day or spread them over a number of days. And remember you can always come back to your favourite classes if you find one that really connects with you.

7 DAYS | CONFIDENCE KICKSTART PLAN
Kickstart your journey to feeling your best confident self through a carefully curated collection of strength building, yoga, meditation and mindfulness practises. There’s no doubt that movement and mindset play an important role together in helping us to feel strong (in body and mind), resilient, happier and more confident - that’s why we have created this collection of classes from our experts.
7 DAYS | BE YOUR BEST SELF STRENGTH PLAN
The aim of this programme is to introduce you to strength training and its benefits. You'll start by going over the fundamental movements (useful for those that are new to strength training or those that would like a refresh) and perfecting your form, before gradually adding resistance to the exercises (achieved through both tempo and weight).
7 DAYS TO CALM | STRESS LESS PLAN
These classes will help you shake off the stress of the day and release tension in your body. If it’s been a stressful day at work these classes will help you to let go, reflect, and settle your body and mind for a restful evening and prepare for a new day ahead.
14 DAYS | RISE + SHINE YOGA
Get your morning started with energy and enthusiasm and feel better for the day ahead. These yoga classes are designed to be done over over 2 weeks to enable you to add yoga to to your regular upbeat morning routine to get you feeling ready and energised for your happiest day. Ease yourself in with gentle movement and then power up body and mind with invigorating movement.
30 DAYS | SWEAT + RESET FITNESS PLAN
Whatever your fitness level, this 30 day (4 week) full-body programme will help you cultivate a weekly fitness routine at home. It’s designed to help you reach your goals and challenge and educate you about your own body - and importantly have fun along the way (no matter your starting point). It’s designed to support you in developing a stronger, healthier body.
7 DAYS | MOVEMENT FOR MENOPAUSE
Join our experts for a 7 day movement plan specifically designed to support you on your menopause journey. Try this selection of classes and activities to support your physical wellbeing. This plan is a balanced blend of strength, cardio, HIIT and restorative mobility to support you.
7 DAYS TO BETTER SLEEP
This programme of yoga classes has been curated to teach you how to relax so that you can unwind, sending your body into sleep cycles smoothly at night. In doing these classes regularly, you'll be training your body and mind to be a little more still with each practise. Cosy up, settle in, and gain the necessary tools for a deep and restful nights' sleep.
12 DAYS OF WELLNESS
We want to ensure you feel cared for, supported and energised through the festive season. Our 12 days of wellness series has been curated to include yoga, fitness, strength and meditation sessions all under 30 minutes, with love from the whole B+G team.
14 DAYS TO CALM, LOVE + JOY | YOGA + MEDITATION
These yoga and meditation sessions are all about reconnecting with our bodies and minds; nurturing, energising and connecting with ourselves as we move into the new year with love and joy. There are 6 classes in total which can be spread over two weeks, we suggest aiming to do 3 a week. But feel free to come back to the classes and repeat when you feel like you need to.
4 WEEKS TO A STRONGER YOU
Want to get stronger and fitter but don’t know where to start? Join the Balance + Glo 4 week structured Strength and Cardio programme. We know that starting is often the hardest part, that’s why we are equipping you with the tools, guidance, and motivation to increase your strength. Whether you’re a complete beginner, have lost your way, or are wanting a challenge, this is the programme for you.
7 DAYS | BUILDING STRENGTH + RESILLIENCE
We often take on too much and find ourselves running on empty. This programme offers both physical practice to build strength and time for rejuvenation. Focusing on yoga, meditation and strength building practices that create stability in your body, you will cultivate both strength and softness, so you can meet your days with clarity, resilience and confidence when you need it most.

Spring is officially here and the change in season is the perfect time to refresh your wellness routine. The days are lighter, the air is warmer, and the change of season brings with it a surge of much needed motivation. Breathe new life into your routine with our new Wellbeing Plan, and give yourself the boost you need to get back on track.

It's absolutely true that you can reap many benefits of meditation with just a few dedicated minutes a day, this challenge is perfect for beginners. Join us to challenge yourself for just 5-10 minutes a day, just choose the meditations that you feel you connect with to repeat throughout the month.
HAPPY GUT | HAPPY LIFE
Discover our curated selection of yoga, breathwork and meditation classes all designed to enhance the connection to your 2nd brain - the gut. Try stress less meditation and mindfulness practices ranging from 5 to 10 minutes each to help you relax and support your gut health. Plus yoga flows dedicated to supporting your digestive health, including a focus on twists and heart opening flows to release and nurture, and yin focused sessions to restore the body.
